We supply high capacity stores for liquid waste incl. technologies for homogenization and pumping or separation. Solution tested by 40 years of realizations

We supply this type of enamelled or zinc-dipped tanks with roof or opened. The tank bottom is standardly made from concrete or welded steel. The tank can be fitted with revision window, drain socket, overflow pipe, ladder with stage, etc. For homogenization of stored medium  is used a submerible mixer. For filling and emptying are used sludge pumps. The Diameter of tanks can be from 4 to 32 meters (up to 6.000 m3) and it is possible to realize not only standard diameters and volumes but also specific tanks according to requests of  customer.

Tanks can be used for:

  • liquid fertilizers
  • haylage
  • grains
  • cement, calcite (fly-ash)
  • wood waste (saw dust, matchwood)
  • other loose materials (granule, PVC,PP, salt etc.)
  • biogas reservoir
  • fermentory
  • fire water
  • drinking water


Another possibility of  slurry storage are earth basins (lagunes) - foil basin. They are designed including checking system which detect a possible hazard of slurry release to earth. It is supplied in four-ply version. The top layer of foil has UV stabilization, following checking textile, protecting foil and base geotextile. 

Cheap and effective solution 

The Checking system is ended to checking gutter, which allows to do routine checks of basin tightness. Signalling is by siren, visual or light.


Offer complete system of components for clearing slurry from the stable. It is a stopper system with T-fitting and plugs made of PVC, including pipeline up to 300 mm diameter. We designed the whole system inclusive of channels so that it will be absolutely clean after draining.


For slurry with extremely high dry matter it is ideal to use circulation sewerage. Special mixer allows moving of slurry in sewerage and than better pumping to the slurry tank.

Scraping shovels

These days hydraulic, chain or rope shovels are the easiest and most reliable way of shovelling manure from the stable. We install shovels that have been produced using years of experience in stables for cattle and pigs under a wide variety of climatic conditions in a great many countries. In 2001 we launched a new product that we developed ourselves, the WING hydraulic shovel, an original system distinguished for its ease of use and minimum operating and maintenance requirments. The scraping shovel moves along the corridor using a mechanism with a grooved rod placed below or above the level of the floor.

We offer automatic programming of the shovelling process using a digital or analogue control unit. Naturally they feature automatic shut down if an obstacle is hit. Our offer includes:

  • scraping shovels with traction chain
  • scraping shovels with steel or and textil rope
  • hydraulic scraping shovels


Big ecological problem is caused by high number of animals, soil is overloaded by animals excrement and subsequently overloaded by nutrients. Major problem  is contamination of  underground waters, surface waters and concentration of nitrates in this waters. Next problem point are high losses of  nitrogen, up to 80% on stubles and meadows. The biggest losses are in the cause of manure aplication in the bad time.  Environment is highly damaged by odour emissions of amonia, which is big problem near the hausing areas. Because it is not possible to apply crude manure in optimal way and time, it is necessary to use additional pesticides. Subsequently, the soil is ovrloaded by phosporus and has lower yield.

After 20 years of using manure separators all around the world is shown endeavour to eliminate negative side effects of manure using. Unfortunately were not available some low-end and  powerful separators with low energy consumption.  Till this time used separation techniques like a decanter centrifuges, pressers with belt screens, mesh separators, dewatering augers or pressers are linked to high investment and operating costs, high energy consumption and with low dry matter in separated manure. Therefore this devices are unusable for wider application. Separated solid fraction with low dry matter is very bad for storage, composting and packing. Therefore are used worm separators with low energy consumption and high output and high dry matter.

Advantages of separation:

  • Separation is the first step for obtaining of  valuable fertilizers in solid or liquid phase with relative easy manipulation and application of both fractions.
  • Separated manure has uniform nutrient content in both fractions, easy to analyze and easy to use required quantity of nutrients during the fertilization.
  • Better hydraulic properties of separated manure allows right application by trailing hose aplicators or  injectors, faster infiltration averting escape of amonia and odour.
  • Decreasing of content of solid materials in the separated manure minimalize flowers burn and grass felt. That provides faster growth of grass
  • and earlier using of pastures. According to experiencess that way means one extra fertilization and skiving in the year.
  • There is no need to homogenize liquid fraction in the end-storage-tank, that saves operating costs on pumps and mixers.
  • Storage capacity of liquid fraction is decreased about 10 - 20 % (depends on contain of dry matter).
  • Our fan system allows to adjust dry mater of solid fraction, but also in basic setting has manure good storage ability on the flat surface. Basic dry mater of solid fraction is 30%.
  • Solid fraction can be easily composted, packed and tabletted. Can be easily applied by manure spreader, or can be used in gardening.

Our pressing screw separator is ideal, technically advanced system for optimal separation of solid and liquid fractions in  pigs, cattle or poultry manure. Has a robust and compact construction, has an easy and minimal demands on maintenance.

  • Solid fraction has adjustable dry matter between 30 – 40%.
  • High power according to dry matter -  in cattle manure up to 8 m3/hour, in pigs manure up to 9 m3/hour.
  • High level of separation of individual fractions.
  • Relatively low cost of investments on purchase and installation  compared to competitive systems.
  • Low input power (4 kW).
  • Minimal separator wear, thanks to low speed (30 rpm).
  • Small proportions – compact construction (2,07 x 0,55 x 0,98 m).

Homogenized crude manure is supplied by submerible pump to the separator. Condition is elimination of pressure, therefore is always designed minimal size of pump and on the separator inlet is designed overflow. In the separator primary part (on grids) is separated solid and liquid fraction and that creates concentration of  based material which is suitable for separation. Driving worm moves manure in the direction of separator output and in the same time the solid fraction is thickened on the desired dry matter. Liquid fraction flows to the separator bottom. For better function, for faster passage of manure and for improvement of  dewatering processes during the separation of old manure, is placed small vibrator on the separator inlet. Separation process is based on gravitational and pressurized dewatering. Structure of both fractions is uniform. Possibilities of combination between grid size, worm lenght and counterweight on the dry matter regulator, that indicates separator output, contain of carbon matters and nutrients in the solid and liquid fraction. By the help of solid matters can be separated on average 10% of kalium. These matters appear explicitly in higher ratio C/A (25,1) in solid fraction compared with crude manure (8,7) and liquid fraction (5,4). The liquid fraction is equivalent to mineral fertilizers.

The values in brackets indicate level of separation in percentage.  In the separator run enrichment process of solid fraction by high-molecular nitrogen compounds, eventually by fixed organic nutrients. In conjunction with  higher carbon content and dry substance the solid fraction presents valuable humus fertilizer with stabile structure and with positive action on the soil structure. Especially in the areas with high loading of soil by manure, e.g. in the joint agricultural ventures which manage with minimum of ground, it is very important to separate more hydrosoluble nutrients to the solid fraction and than it sell like a fertilizer. Than, for liquid fraction is adequate smaller fertilization area. Best place for installation of the separator is on the manure output from stable, where interval switch controls pump and separator. Solid fraction can be storaged in arbitrary hall, liquid fraction is storaged for 4-6 months till the optimal time for fertilization. Solid fraction is composted minimal for 4 weeks in 2 meter layer thickenss, during which time the substrate is warmed on 50-60°C and there is produced material similar to peat, with dark-brown colour and with minimal content of sprouts. Dry matter is 22 - 30%. The dark-brown colour indicate finished hygienization and has optimal possibility for fertilization without hazard of burning of plants or contamination of growth by weeds. Bright-green colour or other colour indicate that the hygienization is uncompleted.

The solid fraction can be applied like a solid dung. Has advantage of better mixing with soil. Also can be applied by manure spreaders or can be packed or tableted.  

Liquid fraction can be applied by spraying tanks, hoses adaptors or can be injected straight to the soil. The nitrogen content is nearly same as in original manure but application costs are lower. Substantial advantage is, that the liquid fraction can be applied on plants.
