Our company is a manufacturer of systems for burning straw, with the financial support of institutions for making hot water from agricultural waste. The straw can be used as a substitute for other fuels, in particular fossil fuels (natural gas, fuel oil or coal, etc). In this case, in addition to the effects of environmental protection in terms of reducing the production of carbon dioxide and achieved economic effects can be seen in a low biomass cost compared to fuel prices.

Features of used biomass

The optimum amount of humidity around 18%, with a special adjustment max. to 22% form - straw bale length 2.5m, height 0.6 to 1.2 meters and width of 1.2m; calorific value of the biomass at 15% moisture content is 14 to 15 GJ/t

Emission rate

In accordance with the law ČZ 146/2007. Sb. Biomass corresponding of set of future emission values from 2016. The limit values of SO2 - 160mg/Nm3; NOx - 200mg/Nm3, other particles TZL - 30 mg/Nm3

Fuel consumption - fuel system implementation allows the furnace supplied with baled straw bales, separate from the chamber where the combustion. Implementation of fuel is done through ramp boiler. Continuously variable has a positive impact on the maximum use of the energy potential of the fuel (efficiency of the combustion process) and the resulting minimal emissions and ash that remains after combustion, which can be used as organic fertilizer,

 

Boiler - integral design without ceramic pieces, double wall, water cooled. It consists of parts that are under pressure, including a fireplace, large chambers for post-combustion and fire control, tube heat exchangers and air vents for flue gases. The pressure of the boiler, which controls the operation of the cyclone, which is positioned on the steel frame is equipped with sensors to measure the pressure and was accompanied by a corresponding holes that open and close and build a good thermal insulation. Special materials and hydraulic cleaning system prevents the adhesion of molten ash on the inner surfaces of the device and the burning vibrating grid. The structural design of the furnace provides better thermal insulation and prevents excessive clogging ash on the walls of the oven.

 

Removing ash - ash after combustion of the fuel in the chamber to the hydraulic system in the Afterburner chamber and paddle screw conveyor system leads to a container for ashes. Anticipated amount of ash depends on the quantity and quality of biomass burned and can range up to a maximum of 8% of the total burnt fuel.

 

Regulation of flue gases - emission control exhaust fan shall be controlled frequency converter, which depends on the pressure in the combustion chamber. The elimination of the flue gases is provided by multi-cyclone separation system according to the specific weight of the particles. This may be an additional system as well as an additional step for the filtration, thus eliminating the occurrence of a sudden expansion of the smoke. The collected ash from the bottom of the furnace is automatically transferred into the container through the double conditioner with regulators.

 

Automatic control system - technology management is carried out as an integrated system, to improve the fuel economy of use, and to better control the boiler for combustion with the air, and the regulation of emissions, and the process of collecting the ashes. Monitoring and automatic control of the process control processor (Siemens PLC) for optimum combustion, the required performance and ensure all operational and emergency functions for safe and long-lasting operation.

 

Fuel - which can be used (agriculture straw)

  • The recommended moisture biomass below 18%
  • Technical adjustments can be achieved by burning the moisture content to about 22% of the fuel
  • Straw bale shape with a width of 1.2 m, a height of 0.6 to 1.2 m, length of 2.6 m, with the possibility of adjustment depending on the baling system and method for collecting
